Transform Your Life: Discover the Secrets to Unlocking Your Full Potential

Step 1: Creating Awareness. Clarity is a key. You can never change something that you don’t understand or you’re not aware of. That’s why many people are stuck - they feel something but they have no idea what is it and how to find it. You must know where you are in order to be able to move on from it. Exploring inner world most of the time takes a lot of energy away from people and that is why they are afraid to go within as they see it like opening a pandora box. But it doesn’t need to be this way! Imagine you’re taking yourself on this inner journey and treat it like an adventure rather than task to be completed. Adventures are full of surprises but at the same time so exciting and fun. That is what transformation should be all about! Don’t take it too seriously and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Get to know yourself. Your thinking, your behaviour, your feelings, your choices. Break down your life and see what is the level of satisfaction in each and every area that is important to you. The way we live, our ability to enjoy life has a huge impact on our wellbeing. And you propably know this - health is wealth! You mental, physical, spiritual health is your biggest jewel and only a balanced inner word will eventually lead you to a fulfilled & happy life outside.

Step 2: Breaking patterns. Once you know where you are in life it is much easier to realise where you want to be. But in order to be somewhere where you’re not yet you must unlearn everything that got you here and re-learn new ways of thinking, feeling, behaving. You must decide to make different choices in life to create a different reality to what you are already living. Now, when you are aware you can introduce autocorrection and rather than living on autopilot you can start making conscious choices. Remember, one little step at the time! Be loving to yourself!

Your WHY must be bigger than the pain that you may have experienced. Otherwise you will simply get discourage and most likely will stop. That is another reason why people choose to stay in the place that is really aching them but at least they are in the pain they know. Transformation is not going to feel easy but again it’s your own perception and your why that will keep you going. So make sure your vision of transformation gets you out of bed every morning with excitement. Create a story of your life that excites you, let your experiences empower you and know that we are all each other’s teachers. Each story is so important. Your inner growth will always inspire someone. Isn’t it beautiful that in this process of transformation you’re not just becoming the best version of yourself but you help others to do so by being an example?

Step 3: Meeting your True Self. Transformation focuses on your deep personal change. But it doesn’t mean that you decide to be a different person. It means that you decide to make different choices in life so you can enjoy the best out of who you already are. I notice people see transformation as completely letting go of who there are in order to become who they want to be. I see it as a bit of a discouragement because you simply reject part of yourself from the start of this process. The part of you that maybe sabotaging your results in a way but the same part of you that brought you to this point. So, I invite you to make adjustments by not rejecting yourself at the same time. It’s easier to create from self love and self acceptance. Invite yourself for a date, get curious who you really are. You will be surprised what an amazing person you already are, and how much you can do with what you already have. Embrace YOURSELF in a best possible way. Find your own personal TRUTH about yourself. But remember each change starts from self love, and self appreciation. Otherwise you will want to change for the outer validation and it’s you who needs to validate you first.

Step 4: Designing Your Inner World: Your inner world dictates what you attract, where you are in life and how do you respond to what happens to you. Now, when you have a good idea about what’s happening within and the patterns that don’t serve you, it’s time to re-create the inner state and re-design that inner world. What you see in the outside world will always have a reflection in your inner world. Your inner world sets up the energy and you know all is energy! Your energy sets up vibration so you can be sure that whatever you meet on your path somehow must be in a vibrational match with what you hold withing yourself. It’s all about aligning yourself with the reality that you desire but this outer world must be designed internally. We are spiritual beings with an unlimited potential - we just need to learn on how to tap into it and embrace it within ourselves. When you design your inner world it is important to always remember who you truly are. Remember, only Truth will set you free. Observe your outside world to understand what perception about your own reality do you really hold inside. What would you love to see outside? You must see inside first. Look through the eyes of your soul and create the magic that you deserve.

Step 5: Creating Your Outer Path: Envision your future based on your own Truth. I think it’s so important yet so overlooked in the process of change. Why? Because we are so used to using our logic to make decisions in life rather than going with the internal feeling. At the beginning when you get to know yourself and you create this self trust it’s easier to go with the rational thinking. Because you can justify your choices and it feels safe. We were not thought to use our feelings, intuition, values to guide us - because this feels unsafe. You can’t justify your intuition - it’s an inner knowing that you just can’t explain. But all I can tell is that you don’t need to understand it as long as you feel it. Create your outer vision of life based on your inner feeling that you hold in your heart. Understand this, we simply live in a world of illusion. Nothing is right and nothing is wrong. Nothing is either big or small. It’s only when we make it so. Use this concept to mould your inner state in a way that you’d like to experience it outside.

Step 6: Creating the movie, rehearsing the role: At this point you should not only have a good idea of who you are. The beauty of it is that when you truly realise your potential - you start feeling where your place on this earth truly is and your mind starts giving you ideas on how to get there. Amazing, right? Now, remember the logic part! This may still want you to do something that makes sense. But do you really believe that dreams should make sense? They should make you happy. Don’t they? Your soul is for expansion and fuller expression and until you find what your life path is you will always have that feeling that something is missing. So keep creating this movie of your life. Get creative, use your imagination! But most importantly rehearse the main role that you decided to take in this movie. Awareness is a key but without an application you are still stuck in the knowing part rather than being - and that is movement. Set meaningful goals that will give you energy, motivation, and empower you especially in these moments when you're not feeling like implementing
