What’s included:
Introducing to tapping & explanation of the process
An interview of your history to understand your needs and plan the number of sessions needed.
Each session is 1 hour long, except the first session which is 1 hour 30 minutes to take your history
You will be getting a small homework between our sessions to make sure you implement the work and practice
Email / messenger support outside of sessions for the duration of our work to answer additional questions that may arise (I answer queries Mon-Fri 9-5pm Irish time)
